Banana Plant

We went to the flower shop with my friend to buy some inside plants for our new house. When I was looking for plants, I saw a mini banana plant. I was happy seeing it.
Netherlands is a cold country, I was thinking how was the banana plant grown? It is in the pot. So I bought a piece and bring it home. I am watering it once every two days, and now its looks so nice.
I am hoping that this banana will bear fruits someday, even it is planted in a small pot inside the house. Here is the pic.
